Freight and delivery methods

Except for activities specifically noted on the website, the freight handling principles are as follows:
  • Enjoy free shipping when your order amount exceeds HK$600 after discount.
  • If the order amount is less than HK$600 after discount, shipping fee will be collected on collect
This website provides the following delivery services:
  • Standard delivery service (Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR)
  • Smart locker self-pickup service (Hong Kong SAR only)
  • SF Express station self-pickup serviceService (Hong Kong SAR only)

Standard delivery service (Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR)

Delivery scope
  • Standard delivery service areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, outlying islands and Macau Special Administrative Region
  • Remote areas can be shipped to remote areas. Please refer to the official website of SF Express
  • Please do not use a PO Box as a shipping address
  • Each order can only be sent to one address.If you want to deliver the goods to different addresses, please place separate orders according to different addresses.
Delivery time
  • After successful payment is confirmed, it usually takes 1-2 working days for the order to be processed and shipped, depending on the inventory.
  • Under normal circumstances, standard delivery service will arrive at the delivery address within 2-3 working days.Orders placed in remote areas of Hong Kong will take an additional 3 to 4 working days to be delivered.
  • No delivery service is available on Sundays and public holidays
  • Delivery time (except outlying islands, please refer to "Outlying Islands Delivery Time"

Cargo Tracking/Change Address
  • After the goods are shipped, you can check the waybill number in "My Account>Order History>Order Number"If necessary, please contact SF Express yourself to track the shipment
  • After the goods are sent, if you need to change the address, please contact SF Express to make other arrangements.Any additional costs incurred must be paid by yourself
  • If the customer is unable to receive the goods due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express to make arrangements.If the shipment fails to be delivered repeatedly, your order may be canceled and the company may not provide a refund.

Smart locker self-pickup service (only available in Hong Kong SAR, China)
  • Guests can choose the designated smart locker to pick up the goods at checkout.
  • Please double-check that the Hong Kong phone number (+852) you entered can receive Hong Kong text messages (SMS)
  • After successful payment is confirmed, it usually takes 1-2 working days for the order to be processed and shipped, depending on the inventory.
  • After the goods are shipped, it usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive at the designated SF Smart Locker. The recipient’s phone number will receive a pickup password SMS sent by SF Express.
  • Customers can go to the designated smart cabinet and enter the password to pick up the goods.

Special arrangements affected by bad weather
  • When the gale signal is hoisted, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or SF Express determines that it is unsafe to deliver, the delivery service will be postponed.SF ExpressThe company will contact you to change the delivery date

General matters
  • The company reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.In case of any dispute, the company’s decision is final
  • If necessary, we will charge a fee of HK$0.5 per plastic shopping bag in accordance with Hong Kong laws.

Undeliverable orders
  • Some orders will be returned due to unknown shipping address, postal box, hotel address, multiple deliveries without anyone picking up, etc.
  • When the postal company returns the package to us, we will deduct the original shipping and handling fees from the refund, and the remainder will be processed according to the "Refund Policy" and "Refund Time"
  • If the goods cannot be delivered (including but not limited to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts by postal staff, rejected mail or no one to sign for it, or unclaimed shipments returned by the courier company), they will be returned to KOSMOS. HKAt that time, we will notify customers via Whatsapp and handle refund arrangements.

Order Shipping Notice

  • For orders with successfully confirmed payment, orders with goods in stock will be shipped within two working days.We will send you an "Order Shipping Notification" via email
  • The "Order Shipping Notification" email will generally be received within 1 to 3 working days after your order is confirmed.
  • The email will detail the delivery content, order tracking number and the postal company's web link for your online inquiry service.

If you do not receive the relevant email, please contact the customer service department immediately. Please note that the email may be mistaken as spam by the email service provider and blocked.

Things to note when choosing SF Express

  • During order checkout, customers can choose to have the KOSMOS.HK package delivered to an SF Express station or to a designated industrial, commercial or residential address.
  • We recommend that customers contact SF Express or visit the SF Express website to learn about the actual operating hours of the self-pickup point.(Note: SF Express station address and business hours are subject to change without prior notice.
